Strategic Development

The Strategic Development section of the Corporate Planning and Governance department is responsible for the development and maintenance of the student load system within the University of Ulster.

The student load forms a key element of the University's statutory returns which determine the University's teaching block grant. It is also used internally to drive the allocation of block grant and fees in the University management accounts: and to advise and assist with the general planning and budget allocation processes.
